01Requirement reviewRecord the application, ratings, enclosure conditions, interfaces, destination and required approval documents before quotation.

02Configuration baselineAlign the drawing, component schedule, cabinet layout, busbar arrangement, wiring and labels with the approved requirement.

03Inspection & routine checksCoordinate visual, mechanical, wiring and electrical checks that apply to the supplied assembly and agreed project scope.

04Release packageReview the agreed drawings, component information, inspection or test records, packing marks and shipment documents before dispatch.

Enclosure condition, assembly completeness, component identification, labels and accessible terminations.

Wiring & protective circuits

Connection checks, conductor identification and protective-circuit review where applicable to the assembly.

Electrical & functional

The agreed routine electrical and functional checks are defined from the applicable product standard and project scope.
